Bespoke: Something special in mind? Our chefs can design a bespoke menu based on your specific requirement, ensuring a mouthwatering and memorable experience for your guests.
Sustainability-focussed: As an academic venue, sustainability is at the forefront of everything we do, including our catering. Our menus are crafted using local ingredients wherever possible, a shift to reusable equipment has led to a 90% reduction in disposable films, elimination of single-use cups has saved 850,000 cups being sent to landfill and through our efficient oil filtering techniques we have achieved a remarkable 57% reduction in cooking oil waste.
Perfect pairings: Our selection of perfectly paired wines and beverages are available to complement your event. Suitable for a variety of occasions, we can recommend the perfect alcoholic and non-alcoholic accompaniments to your menu.
